Year 4: January Update

Not the greatest logo, huh? Sort of an
Olympian theme with the colors.
The blog is now more than three years old! I've only received a few comments, unfortunately, but I hope people are reading it. My plan is to continue regular updates through this year and possibly next. Beyond that I'll keep the URL going and post from time-to-time though I don't expect I'll be able to have a regular schedule beyond 2021. As I mentioned last month I was launching a new YouTube channel which is now up. It is called Video Games 2020 as the goal is to provide gameplay clips of most North American physical game releases in the year 2020. At this point there is only one video because only one game released before this past Friday and I've not gotten my hands on the two Friday releases yet. I did purchase a Nintendo Switch so that I could play the exclusives for the new channel. I've not used it too much yet aside from BurgerTime Party! which I did upload a video of on the Vault 1541 channel. This was my first time using a Switch and I was surprised to find just how small the Joy-Con controllers are. I suppose I should have expected that since it is a portable system too.

This should be an interesting year for games as we transition into a new console generation. However, I'm thinking this time things might not move as fast with what will likely be two very expensive consoles and games might have longer development times. No pricing has been announced yet but $499+ seems probable. I wonder most if game prices will increase which is something I've mentioned I have been expecting. Sony is skipping this year's E3 again. Many comments on the news articles have pointed to E3 being insignificant and they defend Sony for some reason. As a game player, it annoys me because I still enjoy the week of E3 and watching the press conferences. Many gamers have given Sony a lot of support this generation and this feels like a slap in the face to all gaming fans. It would be a lot more fun to see the two rivals showing off new consoles during the same week instead of waiting weeks or months in between seeing both systems on stage. Sony did unveil the logo which is basically the PS4 logo with a five instead of a four. The video game delays are also beginning to pick up which is common a few months before the end of the fiscal year. Final Fantasy VII remake only got bumped a month while Marvel's The Avengers and Cyberpunk 2077 are now slated for September.

As far as my gaming goes, I just finished Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales yesterday. It's a game I've been wanting to play since it released in 2018. I spent 35 hours playing to the end so it's a rather lengthy game. Although most Witcher games are rated M, this one is T but then it's not like CD Projekt Red's role-playing games either. It's primarily a card battle game spun off of The Witcher 3's Gwent, though you do spend a lot of time pointing-and-clicking around a map to gather resources and trigger encounters. This is actually the second game I've completed this year with the other being World War Z. It's a M-rated title with plenty of violence as players team up to survive zombie hordes. It's very similar to the Left 4 Dead games with the primary difference being it is third-person rather than first-person. Although it's meant to be played with four people, I played solo and the AI does make it tough to raise the difficulty level much since they cannot use med kits, heavy weapons, stationary turrets, or explosives. All the AI basically does is shoot zombies with a starter weapon and help you up if you go down.

G.I. Joe is making a little comeback again this year with another movie (last one was actually seven years ago, doesn't feel like it!) and a mobile game. The movie's release is planned for October and it focuses on Snake Eyes. Sure, the other movies are not the greatest, and I've only seen them one time each, but since it is my favorite toy and cartoon from childhood I always look forward to more. That said, I wish the new game was something with more substance or at least on other platforms since I do not have a smartphone. It launches worldwide tomorrow and is called G.I. Joe: War on Cobra. From what I can tell it is multiplayer only, has base building, and involves collecting cards.

A few days ago I did see Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Yes, I waited a while to see it to avoid crowds and I wasn't too excited after the previous film. This one embraces an early fan theory even though I'm sure that wasn't planned from the start of the trilogy. Lando's role isn't huge as, aside from Chewbacca, many of the original heroes haven't had a large amount of screen time. C-3PO is in this one quite a bit more than the previous two though. One thing I'd have loved to see more of is space combat. The opening has a little ship combat and then there is a battle near the end but it's not in space and the enemy doesn't launch any small aircraft so there is no dog fighting between TIE fighters and X-wings or anything else (not that I can recall, anyway). I suppose the film wraps up the trilogy well enough while novels and comic books can fill in any more details fans might want.

Thanks for reading and here's to a good 2020!

Year 3: July Update

I seem to be writing these updates later and later each month, and this is as late as I can go. I'd been busy the past few weeks with the videos and didn't realize how fast July flew by until two days ago. As I keep saying, I've not done a great job posting anything outside of ads and YouTube, and unfortunately July was no different. Now I need to start on a Dreamcast project or I won't be ready for its North American 20th anniversary which is the second week of September. I'll definitely have a video for that but I'm not sure if I'll do any kind of unboxing. My plan right now is to scan articles and ads for it, and make at least one video about some of the press materials I have.

Nintendo unveiled the Switch Lite earlier this month. It's a handheld-only version of the Switch so it has no TV output and therefore does not include a dock. It doesn't come with Joy-cons either but I think they are compatible with the Lite for local multiplayer. However, the screen is a little smaller on the Lite so despite the lower price, I'm not sure it is worth it unless you only ever want to use it as a handheld. At $199.99 you save $100 which is what a dock and Joy-con set would cost. The standard Switch isn't getting a new design but there is one with some updates and new packaging coming in August. There was also an update on the TurboGrafx-16 mini since I mentioned it last month, including the full list of 50 built-in games. That will be out early next year exclusively at Amazon.com in the U.S. and while the price for the U.S. is unknown, it will be around $100 in Japan.

I've been playing more M-rated games, no surprise there. I finished Sega's Judgment (it's good!) and am early in Wolfenstein: Youngblood. The Wolfenstein spin-off isn't bad for the $29.99 price and co-op option, though the design choices will definitely turn off some fans of the series. Not sure how much time I'm going to have to play all the upcoming releases the rest of the year though I hope to play Control since Remedy is one of my favorite developers. My plan was to replay the first two Shenmue games before Shenmue III but I still haven't gotten around to those. The Outer Worlds and Jedi Fallen Order are two others I'll try to play through this year if I can. Kart racers are showing up quite often these days as the Xbox One/PlayStation 4 generation winds down. Yesterday a new Garfield kart racer was announced if you can believe that. Sure, the old comic strip and cartoon were amusing but it just doesn't seem like something that would appeal to today's kids. It's a low budget one at $29.99 and will be published by Microids.

The San Diego comic-con took place recently too which I didn't really keep up with but let me see if I can pick out a few highlights. Marvel outlined the next phase in its movie universe... and I've still not seen Captain Marvel or Endgame. Many, many movie and show trailers were shown, like Star Trek Picard which doesn't look anything like The Next Generation, though there really wasn't any reason to think it would. For toys, Hasbro has a crowdfunding effort going for a rather large Transformers Unicron action figure. Mattel is launching a Masters of the Universe Origins line next year that looks similar to the original toys with more articulation. There are certainly more highlights but no time to list them all!

E3 2019 Predictions

As I mentioned in the May update, this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) will likely be Xbox-centric since Sony is skipping the show. With the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 generation winding down, Sony skipping the show, and more and more games being announced or leaked ahead of time, this could be a very quiet show for new games, especially exclusives. The last couple from Sony were primarily trailers and Nintendo does the prerecorded video with some folks showing a few games afterwards (not on stage).

Last year I didn't spend too much time on third-party publisher predictions after going all out in 2017. I've spent a few hours writing this and now I'm basically rewriting it because my first draft was too much rambling and news is hitting earlier than I was ready for so I'm posting early this year too. It's not unusual for news to start weeks before the show but one of my predictions already came true! I said Nintendo would reveal a sequel to Detective Pikachu and while it did not provide many details, it did say yesterday that a new one is in development for the Switch that would conclude the story to the 3DS game. I know, that was an easy one to guess.

While Sony won't be on the show floor, E3 is still a convention for retailers to see what's upcoming and help steer their orders so Sony could be there behind closed doors and there could be some news, like the release date for Dreams (Game Informer reviewed it already based on the early access version). Sure, PlayStation 4 has sold extremely well but it still has to keep the sales going by convincing retailers to order more, more, more. In my first draft I also mentioned trailers could be shown for Death Stranding and Ghost of Tsushima, and nearly two weeks before E3 we now have both a new trailer and release date for Death Stranding (November 8, 2019).

I'll break up the rest of this post as it will still be just a bit long though I'll skip mentioning most of the games already confirmed to be there.

Microsoft
This is Microsoft's time to shine with the only console maker to have a stage presentation so I have to believe the next Xbox will be the highlight. I'd say seeing the hardware or game demos is unlikely, instead it will be a name, specs, maybe a tech demo, and perhaps a release window (November 2020?). Last year it purchased a few development studios that may or may not be able to get games ready by then. I lean toward it being too soon especially with Obsidian being busy on a game for 2K and InXile currently working on Wasteland 3. Microsoft isn't quite done with the Xbox One but I doubt there will be any exclusives we don't already know about as it looks to the future.

If, and it's a very big if, Microsoft lists a bunch of games with working titles for the next Xbox here are my guesses: Forza Motorsport 8, Halo Infinite (in addition to Xbox One), Gears of War 5 (in addition to Xbox One), Minecraft 2, Fable 4, Crimson Skies (that was my prediction for Xbox One last year), and a third-person action game from Ninja Theory (too generic? how about a third-person Age of Empires action game...but with Ninja Theory it is more likely something original).

Bill Gates and an original Xbox prototype at the
Game Developers Conference - March 10, 2000.

Nintendo
Earlier this year Nintendo stated Metroid Prime 4 development had been restarted so don't expect anything from Metroid. Maybe it's time for a new Donkey Kong Country or with Sonic and Crash returning to kart racing, it could be time for Diddy Kong Racing 2. Unlike the other consoles, the Switch is hitting its stride so Nintendo should have some new announcements, however, it could also hold back for the Tokyo Game Show. There were some rumors of a redesign for the Switch and it's probably time for new bundles and colors. I didn't think Arms was huge though it sold well enough to get a comic book so I'll predict we see Arms 2.

Random thoughts & predictions for the rest...

-Ubisoft recently delayed Skull & Bones to 2020 and it might be too soon for another Assassin's Creed. Who am I kidding, it's never too soon for another Assassin's Creed game. We all know Just Dance 2020 is coming and it must be time to leave the Wii behind (Just Dance 2019 is available for Wii and Wii U) and probably the Xbox 360 too. Following the success of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle another team up with Nintendo could be in order. Many keep expecting a new Splinter Cell and one employee mentioned it before Ubisoft said it was a joke. It's possible it unveiled the next Ghost Recon already to put the spotlight on Splinter Cell at E3.

-Sega will finally be bringing the Yakuza samurai spin-offs to North America. Skies of Arcadia 2 will be announced for release in October 2020 on the first game's 20th anniversary. Hey, it's possible!

-XCOM 3 will be unveiled, it has to be! It's been more than three years since XCOM 2 released which was my favorite game of 2016. For myself, being able to create a team that resembles G.I. Joe characters is one of the highlights when playing XCOM.

-There have already been LEGO Star Wars rumors and although Warner Bros. skipped The Last Jedi, we could be hearing about a trilogy with a complete edition of The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi, and The Rise of Skywalker. With Telltale gone and Warner owning Batman, it just might find a way to continue the Batman adventure game Telltale started or we'll hear about a brand new Batman game. Last year I thought Rocksteady would show its new game that has been in development a while but it didn't so why not this year. The money is on a Superman game though maybe it's Wonder Woman or Justice League or something else completely.

-Square Enix did confirm a big presentation for Crystal Dynamics' Marvel's Avengers game. I'm thinking Tomb Raider takes a break and I'm hoping Deus Ex returns from a break.

-What happened to Activision? Not including Blizzard, it just doesn't make many games any longer having recently let go of Destiny. Last E3 it did have Sekiro and it published that game outside of Japan for FromSoftware earlier this year. Call of Duty is the one and only big franchise it goes back to time and time again, and lately it's been leveraging older properties, such as Spyro and Crash Bandicoot. Maybe it doesn't need much more beyond Call of Duty but for a publisher of its size it must have something else in development. In 2017 I thought Pitfall could make a return and I'll just keep guessing a new Pitfall until it happens. Other than that, perhaps it will get a big license to focus on. Folks from The Simpsons television show are going to be at E3 so a game must be in the works; maybe Activision is involved?

-If Activision isn't backing The Simpsons the next best guess for publisher would be Electronic Arts which has published a variety of Simpsons games over the years. I think we know most of what EA is currently working on but I'll throw out a guess for a new SSX; not like the last one, instead something more like the first few. A remaster of the first three would work though it would probably not be able to get all of the same music.

-Bethesda is another publisher we've probably already got covered after last year's E3 where the announced games are still a ways off. It's likely going to try and redeem Fallout 76 so expect some changes for that game to be shown.

-THQ Nordic has bought up many properties and other companies the past few years and now has more than 80 (!) games in development across all of its subsidiaries. I'll say it will show a new Saints Row game and since it owns Deep Silver I'll put my dreaded Shenmue III prediction here. I'm thinking Shenmue will be delayed until at least Q1 2020. It's currently three months away which feels too soon.

The presentation schedule:

June 9th: Microsoft (1 PM PT/4 PM ET), Bethesda (5:30 PM PT/8:30 PM ET)
June 10th: PC Gaming Show (10 AM PT/1 PM ET), Ubisoft (1 PM PT/4 PM ET), Square Enix (6 PM PT/9 PM ET)
June 11th: Nintendo (9 AM PT/12 PM ET)

6/7/19 UPDATE: This past week has been full of announcements, leaks, and rumors so I'm doing a quick recap before the press conferences begin on Sunday. Only a few tie into my predictions above.

-Shenmue III has indeed been delayed though not for as long as I expected. It's currently targeting November 19, 2019.
-The next Watch Dogs game called Legion was leaked and Ubisoft confirmed it. I'd actually forgotten about this series when writing my predictions even though I did complete the first two.
-THQ Nordic unveiled Darksiders Genesis which differs quite a bit from the other Darksiders as it is an isometric RPG. Also, the publisher and Black Forest Games are remaking the 2005 title Destroy All Humans, and THQ Nordic is partnering with Purple Lamp Studios to remake the 2003 game SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom.
-Ninja Theory's next game leaked today and it appears to be an original third-person action game. However, it also looks to be multiplayer focused which is very disappointing to myself. I very much enjoyed the stories in Heavenly Sword, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, and Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice but this game might not have much of a plot.
-Rocksteady says that it will not be showing anything at E3. That's unfortunate.
-Larian Studios announced Baldur's Gate III during Google's Stadia conference (I did not realize Google was holding that this week). I've played very little of Larian's games but its Divinity RPGs have been well received so hopefully it can do Baldur's Gate justice. The first two were developed by BioWare way back in 1998 and 2000. In somewhat related news, on June 3rd Beamdog and Skybound announced the Baldur's Gate Enhanced Editions (as well as Icewind Dale, Planescape: Torment, and Neverwinter Nights) will be coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Switch this fall (at retail too).
-Bandai Namco had a big leak on Friday as well. The first Ni No Kuni is getting a remaster already. Eldin Ring is the game collaboration between FromSoftware and George R.R. Martin. A new Tales game called Tales of Arise is in development.
-Not every game announced in the past week is timed for E3 but here are a couple others: there is a sequel in the works for Yooka-Laylee and Outright Games (focuses on licensed kid games) will be publishing a game based on the most recent (2017) Jumanji movie.

6/10/19 UPDATE: Not sure if I should keep doing updates as I might make this post super long and I doubt many if any at all will come back to read the updates. In any case, I messed up and said EA wasn't having a conference; while that is partially true as it hasn't had an actual press conference in years, it did do an EA Play briefing which was held outdoors. That was primarily about FIFA, Madden, Apex Legends, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, and a new expansion for The Sims 4.

The Microsoft presentation was very close to what I expected, though it did not spend too much time on the next Xbox other than to say it's powerful, it's coming holiday 2020, and Halo Infinite will launch with it. As mentioned in the previous update, Ninja Theory does have a third-person action game coming soon for Xbox One. Also, a new Minecraft game was announced but not a sequel, instead it is a dungeon crawler and I'm not too sure you can even build in it. Many of the games shown were from third-parties that are not holding conferences; with Sony not appearing Microsoft was the place for those games to get some time in the spotlight (CD Projekt Red even had Keanu Reeves representing Cyberpunk 2077). New content for State of Decay 2 and Forza Horizon 4 were shown as well but no major titles which doesn't surprise me as I expected any AAA games in development to be for the next console.

There should be more from third-parties in the next day or two so I don't know how wrong I was on all my predictions but we did see a new LEGO Star Wars title from Warner Bros. It does not appear to be a compilation of past LEGO games even though it covers all three trilogies. Sega is indeed bringing a game over to North America that has been in Japan for a while, just not the game I guessed. Phantasy Star Online 2 will be free to play on Xbox One. No other consoles were mentioned, however, that doesn't mean they aren't included. Onto Bethesda which, of course, is trying to redeem Fallout 76 and to do that it is adding human NPCs that players can converse with and a battle royale mode. New announcements included The Elder Scrolls: Blades for Switch, Commander Keen for mobile, Deathloop from Arkane, and Tango Gameworks' Ghostwire Tokyo.

6/13/19 UPDATE: This should be my final update as the show is just about over. My predictions didn't work out too well. Nintendo mostly had expected updates and third-party announcements aside from a Breath of the Wild sequel teaser. It is possible I missed some news but I didn't see anything new from Activision. I think EA might have The Simpsons license as the Tapped Out game is still active which was talked about at that Simpsons panel. However, there was no mention of a new Simpsons game which made the whole thing seem odd. 2K didn't announce anything new so no XCOM 3, unfortunately.

Square Enix's press conference had a lot of Final Fantasy and other classic JRPG stuff. It showed off Marvel's Avengers but that did not grab me at all. Ubisoft's conference wasn't as good as the last couple of years. No Splinter Cell though you can be Sam Fisher in a mobile game with other Tom Clancy characters. There is a new Rainbow Six that involves alien parasites which is not the Rainbow Six I know, and really, why even call it that (yeah, I know, brand recognition). Watch Dogs: Legion does have a cool feature where you can recruit any NPC, though the setting doesn't interest me much (dystopian London). Just Dance 2020 is actually going to be released on the Wii! The Wii U and Xbox 360 platforms have been dropped but not the Wii, amazing.

If you want to see Shenmue III footage it was shown during the PC Gaming Show. Yu Suzuki was there too though he didn't say very much. While he primarily speaks through a translator, they really should have spent more time interviewing him. I suppose PC players might not be too interested in the series, however, with Sony not there and the game not on Xbox One there wasn't anywhere else for him to be. There were plenty of other games announced from smaller publishers this week but that's about it in regards to the games/companies I was making predictions around. As I said at the start of this post, I expected a quiet E3 for new AAA game announcements and sure enough it was. Regardless, I still enjoy taking it all in and watching all the conferences, and expect next year to be a huge show.

Nintendo Switch

I find console launches are always fun even if it's a system I'm not particularly interested in so I figured I'd give my thoughts on Nintendo's upcoming Switch console. The release date (March 3rd) and price ($299.99) were finally unveiled two days ago. Although March was the month many expected for the launch, the end of the month seemed more likely as the 3rd is a little sudden at less than two months away. The system itself looks like a cross between a Wii U and a 3DS with the ability to use the new gamepad similarly to a Wii Remote and Nunchuk, and take games on the go by disembarking the console from the dock to play them on a controller with a touch-screen. As is typical with Nintendo, local multiplayer is a focal point and the system's portability along with the new controllers will help get more players involved in every gaming session. Up to eight Switch consoles can be used together and the new gamepad can be split between two players.

Unfortunately, the price could be a little high in comparison to the competition and the accessory prices are going to eat into everyone's game budget. The retail launch titles are on the weak side too. The lineup includes The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Super Bomberman R, 1-2-Switch, Skylanders Imaginators, and Just Dance 2017. Zelda is obviously the key game and is likely enough to sell plenty of systems. However, some fans might opt to get the game for the Wii U, a console they likely purchased specifically for this game. Bomberman is a welcome surprise with Konami being one of the last publishers one might have thought to find here (due to their handling of Metal Gear Solid V and moving the company's focus toward gambling machines). 1-2-Switch appears to be the typical platform demo type of game, showing off something new with a variety of mini-games along the lines of Wii Sports and Nintendo Land. Skylanders Imaginators and Just Dance 2017 are the standard 4-6 month old games from other platforms looking for a few extra sales.

Remember these? Some good, some not so good.
If you missed LEGO City Undercover it's coming
to the Switch too, and most other platforms.
I would have expected more PlayStation 4 and Xbox One games to find their way into the Switch launch. Perhaps the sales during the Wii U's launch convinced some publishers that it wasn't worth the cost to develop a bunch of ports or they don't believe it's worth competing with Zelda at launch. Maybe with a March console launch it might be better to wait for the summer dry spell before unleashing a flurry of last year's games with updated content. Of course, it might just be too difficult to get most PS4/Xbox games to work on the Switch. There is definitely nothing wrong with quality over quantity, though it's always nice to have a variety of genres at launch since everyone likes different types of games. Plus, beyond Zelda the quality may be lacking. Bomberman could be great but it's also likely only fun with a few players.

Will there even be a good variety of original content post-launch? Nintendo itself tends to recycle its own franchises over and over which has worked well, and it did add one new successful property on the Wii U in Splatoon. Third-party support is still important, however, if Nintendo wants the Switch to be a lot more successful than the Wii U. A number of publishers have pledged support to the Switch but will they release more than one game if sales of their first title are not good enough? Will we primarily see ports from third parties? Ubisoft will follow up Just Dance 2017 with Steep and Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition. More ports, awesome! I had a hard time getting into Steep; it was fun to mess around with the wingsuit but as big as the area to explore is I got tired of it rather quickly. Rayman Legends is one of the best of a solid platform series so if the fans want to play it again with some exclusive content, they'll need a Switch.

Puyo Puyo Tetris
Sega announced its upcoming multi-platform Sonic the Hedgehog game, Sonic Mania, will release for the Switch, as will the puzzle game Puyo Puyo Tetris. I'd say Sega is a safe bet to stick with the Switch throughout its life cycle. It will likely continue to pump out Sonic games that will always be at home on Nintendo's hardware. Sega subsidiary Atlus announced its working on a new Shin Megami Tensei title for the console.

Electronic Arts put Mass Effect 3 on the Wii U at launch but recently BioWare stated it has no plans to release Mass Effect: Andromeda (also releasing in March) on the Switch. That's too bad as it's a popular series that is a nice change of pace to many of the games announced for the Switch. Instead EA was at the Switch presentation to let everyone know it would support the console with its next FIFA game release. FIFA is one of the most popular game franchises and it never hurts to have a solid library of sports games on any console.

Bethesda also made an appearance to back the Switch with The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Skyrim is a great game, or it was when I played it in 2011 on the Xbox 360 and PC. Okay, I'm sure it's still a lot of fun but when the game releases in the fall it will be six years old and is that really what the Switch needs during its first holiday season? Many gamers will have already dedicated 100+ hours to Skyrim and it's asking a lot for RPG fans to buy the game again, especially if the MSRP is $59.99 (not sure if it is finalized but retailers do have pre-orders set to that price).

Super Mario Odyssey
There were more games announced by other publishers as well that you can check out over at Nintendo's website. We'll just have to wait and see how well the ports and other third-party releases perform. Even though third-party support is important for retail success (more games = more shelf space and attention by retailers), Nintendo will surely find continued success with its first-party titles. A few more things Nintendo mentioned are that the console will be region free which is great and the online service will be a free trial until the fall at which time it will be a subscription model. It also stated:

Subscribers will get to download and play a Nintendo Entertainment System™ (NES) or Super Nintendo Entertainment System™ (Super NES) game (with newly-added online play) for free for a month.

Nobody knows exactly how to interpret that. My guess is that users do not get to own the game they choose to play for a month, and then the next month they can either choose the same game or a different game. It's also very possible a game can only be chosen one time because Nintendo likely wants to hook players into buying every game they try. One thing Nintendo is not great at is sharing its older titles; it would rather nickel and dime its fans over and over again. My suggestion would be to give out a free NES and/or Super NES game to own every month to subscribers. If Nintendo wants to do the select-one-game-per-month plan it should do that with all of its games beyond the 16-bit generation. In any case, it really does need to leverage its back catalog better. The fact that Nintendo has been making games for as long as it has gives it an edge over the competition that it hasn't taken great advantage of.

Although I poke fun at the ports and might be a little sarcastic at times, I do hope Nintendo and the third-party publishers do well with the Switch. No video game fan should ever want to see a game or console fail. More games is always a good thing and more competition benefits all of us.
